Andy has worked in education for the past 25 years. As a senior tutor developing support for students, managing education in private sectors assessment centres.
He is currently careers lead, teacher and manages alternative provision for a private school. He has worked with Seeds of Change to offer careers advice for a secondary school and is really passionate about supporting young people to widen their aspirations and develop their skills to reach their goals.
As careers Lead for Physis Academy he works with the students, Physis team, parents careers and most importantly students to explore and plan their future goals. He is available to meet with students and their wider support network during the school day and after school to help them achieve their careers goals.
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do.
