🧵✨ Creative Skills in Action at Physis Academy ✨🧵

Since January, students at Physis Academy have been developing their skills in textiles, exploring a wide range of creative and practical techniques. From hand and machine sewing to embroidery, crochet, knitting, and weaving, there’s been something for everyone to get involved in!

One of the standout projects so far has been designing and creating their very own tote bags 👜 Students have loved selecting materials, planning their designs, and bringing their ideas to life — all while working towards earning their sewing machine licence.

Textiles is about more than creativity — it’s about building independence and life skills. From maintaining clothing to furnishing a home, these skills will support our students well beyond the classroom, while also helping them form social connections through shared interests.
