Job Title: Quantum Leap Programme & Training Lead.
Location: Based near Whitchurch, north Shropshire, SY13
Salary: £27,000 -33,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, weekdays, with some flexibility required to deliver QLP sessions.
Contract: Permanent; Full Time (52 weeks)

As Quantum Leap Programme & Training Lead, you will support the Clinical Team in facilitating and delivering a trauma-informed approach across all areas of the service, ensuring that the staff are equipped with the confidence, understanding, resources, strategies, and learning programmes to facilitate the recovery and education of young people who are suffering from the impact of trauma and exploitation.
The delivery of this programme needs to be flexible to meet the needs of each individual young person and may therefore be delivered within the school, home, or clinical setting, and at a time that fits within the young person’s schedule.
Therefore, as an individual you will need to be adaptable and resilient and enjoy working with young people.
What’s Involved?
QLP Lead
To design, implement and record the delivery for the Quantum Leap Model.
To hold tailored 1:1 QLP sessions & write evaluations following each session.
To provide information on the progress of each young person through QLP.
To recognise, value, and raise the achievement of children and young people.
To promote social and emotional development, positive behaviour and, where appropriate to the age group, to prepare for adulthood.
Training Lead
To ensure that employees meet the requirements of Ofsted & DfE standards in relation to qualifications and training.
To ensure that all employees have completed and remain up to date with expected training, keeping an accurate & up to date training matrix.
To scope and arrange all aspects of training.
To be the PRICE Trainer for Physis and ensure the timely delivery of training to meet with Regulations.
To be the trained CEOP ambassador and deliver CEOP training throughout the Company.
Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Any unspent conviction/cautions should be declared at the point of application. Any adult cautions (simple or conditional) or spent convictions that are not protected as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 should also be declared.
